I keep going out the same error for various applications,
I will give you more data to see if someone has an idea that can be

I’m going to file this in the folder tracker egroupware index.php file and see the code for that part,

There are several reasons possible for that.
a) the nesting level in phpgwapi/inc/class.sqlfs_stream_wrapper.inc.php
search for nesting replace 7 by something lower like 5
b) you may have to tell your pdo the socket of your mysql in php.ini look
for pdo_mysql_default_socket
(no guarantee for the exact spelling)
c) there may be more reasons to that, …
