is that the file is not readable.
… but let me ask you this: Would you submit that
CSV file as is? What if the file contained over one-hundred rows? How
would anybody make sense of the file? I was expecting the file to be
formatted by columns, not one big column.
It’s a CSV file, meant to move data around between different programs.

There are many different ways of changing the data into a report that
can be sent out. The easiest is to import the file into a spreadsheet
program. The good ones will open it directly, and auto-detect the
correct settings.
