Ralf
That doesn’t appear to work as you describe it, if I choose Monthly by day, select the day
itself, in the interval selector the smallest choice is 2, there doesn’t seem to be a way to
choose say the first wednesday of each month.
Also as above, that schedules the event for every 2 months on wednesday, NOT the second
wednesday of each month
That’s what interval does. It applies to monthly, so interval 2 means
every 2nd month.
You dont want an interval, the day 2nd Wednesday for example as
specified in EGroupware just by the startdate.
Ralf
But how to do 2nd AND 4th thursday in a month?
Do I need to schedule 2 events, one for the 2nd and one for the 4th?
Yes, that’s the only supported way.
Ralf
The recurrence type is called Monthly by day, eg. select the 2nd
thursday in the month you want to start --> get 2nd thursday in all
further month.

Ralph???
eGw 1.6.xxxx
how does one schedule an appointment for say the first and 3rd wednesdays
of each month on a recurring basis?
I see under recurrence I can schedule by a day in a month with a certain
repeat schedule, but that doesn’t seem to cover what I need, specifically
each month, the 2nd and 4th thursday
each month, the 1rst, 2nd and 4th wednesday
