Have you encountered issue on select box like this: (see image below)

The select box became textbox and the option select one appears to be a
label.
When clicking textbox, the image belo will appear:

Hope you guys help me resolve this issue.
Both are caused by using old eTempalte and not loading Choosen’s css
file. Choosen is disabled by default since a week in eTemplate2 and
since Saturday in old eTemplate. Are you up to date or have enabled it?
