SetnextUser() problem!

Good Morning every one. so my problem is that i wanted to set next user of an activity but i wouldn’t work.
i made : instance -> setnextuser(‘admin’); and then i have a warning saying that it’s impossible to set next user. there is someone who set it before you ! help me plz guys !

Please copy and paste errors exactly, don’t paraphrase them. It’s easier to
find them if I can just search, rather than guess.
That function, setNextUser() expects either an integer or ‘*’. I do not
know if the integer is an egw account ID or a workflow role ID.
Please remember that while workflow still works, it is no longer supported.
