I could upload successfully a file with 500MB into egroupware
I tried to download the file with the generated download link using the
function “File Manager/Mail files/download link”
I got server error 500
apache log says:

Hmm, that’s Apache error.log, but for FastCGI you need php-fpm log too.
For such a big file, it could be a problem with output buffering and
memory_limit caused by an old header.inc.php.
Please go to setup (lower login) and save your header.inc.php again.
Need to put that in (not yet existing) 14.2 release notes …
