Sitemgr problem after 17.1 to 19.1 upgrade

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to test upgrade my installation from 17.1 to 19.1 on ubuntu 20.04
I installed 19.1 over of 17.1, everything seems to work fine except the websites created by sitemgr.
Sitemgr is still in place in /usr/share/egroupware after upgrade.

I had first to create symlink for the header.inc.php file to solve this

Header file not found. Either your path to eGroupWare in the config.inc.php file is bad, or you have not setup eGroupWare.

When I try to open the website, I niow got a blank page.
Apache logs give this error :

PHP Fatal error: require_once (): Failed opening required ‘/usr/share/egroupware/api/src/Session.php’ (include_path = ‘.: / Usr / share / php’) in /var/www/index.php on line 93

on my installation, website works with a copy of sitemgr-site in /var/www

Any help would be very appreciated

To make that work, you have to run SiteMgr also inside the EGroupware container.

Running it outside by copying sitemgr-site in the external document route will not work!

Probably best is to change the document-root of the internal Nginx to /usr/share/egroupware/sitemgr-site:

Hi,
I failed to get it to work after many tries. We will finally give up with sitemgr.
Thanx for help anyway
and for keeping free access to egroupware
