We are very happy to release today a new application for eGroupware,
this application was developped first to meet our needs but we trust it
might be useful to many.
The SpiStoric module is a tool to manage recurring small tasks in
eGroupware.
Typically, SpiStoric’s entries will be daily or monthly tasks such as
backup checks, tax declarations or reporting checks. All these tasks are
simple but need to be tracked (hence the “Storic”).
The application is designed to treat small and regular tasks, there is
not much place for comments or time tracking or for a versatile
workflow, for this, you may prefer the Calendar or the Infolog.

In this module, demo data will appear after the setup, that you may well
edit or delete (these entries are in French…)
This application:
- should work with eGroupware 1.8 and 1.9 (tested on Linux/Apache/PHP
5.3.3),
- is coded within eGroupware coding rules as much as possible, and with
eTemplate,
- is open source (same GPL licence as eGroupware),
- is available in English and French.
Translations are welcome and we shall integrate the translation files we
may receive for the next versions.
