SQL error looking for resource calendars r37026

With r37026 and PostgreSQL, I now get the following errors when
accessing CalDAV calendars via Thunderbird. I do not use the resources
module.

SELECT COUNT(*) FROM egw_resources WHERE accessory_of=-1 AND cat_id=0
AND bookable=true

I’ve ‘installed’ the resources model and now get a Postgresql specific
error regarding type casts:

Database error: Invalid SQL: SELECT COUNT(*) FROM egw_resources WHERE
accessory_of=-1 AND cat_id=0 AND bookable=true:\nERROR: operator does
not exist: character varying = boolean\nLINE 1: …ources WHERE
accessory_of=-1 AND cat_id=0 AND bookable=true\n

Hi Anthony,

both cases are now fixed:

if no resources app is installed, it does no longer query (not
existing) egw_resources table
fixed wrong quoting for boolean values in varchar columns, caused by a
special handling of boolean values in ADOdb_postgres64::qstr()
