Strange issue on custom field

Hi to somone could help me.
I’m running with EGW (Comunity edition) ver.14.3.007
The strange things is that in Project manager i’ve some custom filed and today I’ve edit this fields to have some more option and field, but in the project manager edit screen there still the old values.

Could someone help me to find the problem?

I’ve found how to solve it.
It is not a bug or an issue because after cleaned all istance on EGW admin all was updated as well.
