Subgroup for user accounts

Hi !
Sorry, I don’t speak english very well !
I want to make it possible to:

create subgroup for user accounts
put into a group some contact not registered in Egw

So can I program it ? Has someone already done or tried to do it ?
Is there something I don’t have to change ?..

Based on your description, what you want has already been done in the
addressbook.
You should look at creating categories as needed.
