We use the following post-commit hook:
REPOS="$1"
REV="$2"
only for egroupware repository
["${REPOS}" = “egroupware” ] || /usr/bin/svn-mailer --commit --config
/etc/svn-mailer.conf
–repository “${REPOS}” --revision “${REV}” &
So I take svn-mailer fetches the diff by it’s revision number directly
from svn.
