Sync a N70 via USB/BT

I’ve looked at list and forum archives against instruction on how to
sync a Nokia phone with egroupware.

All relay on ‘IP’ connection (WiFi or GSM/GPRS/EDGE/…), but there’s a
way to sync using USB cable or bluetooth?
