Sync egroupware - chandler server

I need to sync egroupware with chandler server.
How could i do it?
I’ve thought something like via caldav…maybe with rsync?

I dont know much about chandler. AFAIK it’s a CalDAV server as eGroupWare.

CalDAV servers usually cant talk to each other, but they get queried by
CalDAV clients.

So unless you have a CalDAV client which “runs” that sync between the
two servers permanently, it does not help that both servers speak CalDAV.

I’ve thought so
And…for example, there is any php-script to import/export ics from egroupware and sync it with import/export from the other server? For example using rsync in a remote folder…
