Time sheet not visible when linked to project

Hello ,

We are using the Calendar to create a schedule for regular maintenance of elevators and using project manage to create different lifts and sites.
We are using the Time sheet in order to mark all maintenance checks, and repairs but we found out that when we link from calendar and create a TimeShift event it is linked with the project but it is not visible in the project element lists, is this a bug or are we doing something wrong.

Hi Berle,

some questions/hints in that regard:

1. are you using our actual packages - if not please update and check in setup that all updates have been executed. There have been some month ago a fix in regard of “project element status”.

2. please check in projectmanager the permissions (roles) given for the users who need to add timesheets.
   There are permissions to either “add timesheet” or “add element” based on the role the users have or on the permissions set on user/group (add element). If a user don’t have the permission to add timesheet or more general add element, the link is created, but the entry is marked as “ignored”.
   In the element list is a filter “all, used, new, ignored” which shows only according entrys in that “state”. So if the filter for example is set to “used”, the ignored entrys are hidden. While “ignored” or “all” will show them. Ignored entrys are not taken into calculation for “used time”.
