I have been meaning to post or submit a ticket on this problem for a long time
but I’m finally getting around to it. The timesheet printout is missing the top
table line which makes the output look very awkward. I have an example where I
have shown the missing line in red.
Please take a look at the code and let me know if it is a simple fix that can
be put in place based on this e-mail or if it something I should file a bug
report on. Thanks for all your great effort. The example is here:
