Hi List,
same problem here:
Syncing from egw 1.3.014 to Nokia n70 via SyncML works like a charme, BUT all calender events appear one hour too early on the mobile.
According to what I’ve seen in several wbxml-files in /tmp/sync, egw converts date and time to UTC, unfortunately, my mobile does not care about converting them back into my local timezone (GMT+1), although it knows that it is in that timezone.
Does anyone know of an option I can set in the n70 to convert incoming events from UTC to GMT+1, or if this is not possible, can I somehow set a kind of offset for SyncML in egroupware (or just tell egroupware not to convert to UTC)?
Thanks for that fine piece of Software,

Calendar events that were entered using eGW then synced to N70 appear
2h earlier on that phone, which my current TZ difference to UTC.
Events entered on the phone appear correctly (!) in eGW (same start
time) after sync.
I’m not familiar w/ SyncML specs. Obviousely the phone expects time
values to be local time. It’s timzone setting is OK. Perhaps this is
a bug on the N70. If so, an eGW feature to specify kind of ‘rpc
target time zone’ would be required.
