I wouldn’t call this a feature :-S
Are the tickets created by admin? If so, the incoming mails are clearly
not recognized. The email address from the enveloppe or any of the
headers From and Reply-To must match exactly with a known email address,
so if the known address is "j.vejvoda@clever.cz" and the mail comes from
"jan.vejvoda@clever.cz", no match is found (other info in the header is
stripped, so “Full name address@host.tld” in any variant will work.

Hallo list.
I have problem with e-mail handling in Tracker. When I receive e-mail
response which is recognized as a comment of existing ticket, comment is
added to ticket, but author is always ‘admin’. Even if e-mail comes from
e-mail address of registered user my EGW.
Is it feature or bug? My be it is some problem in my configuration …
