Tracker Configuration - Autoassign To List [New to EGroupware]

Good Morning All,
I’m new to EGW, so bear with me until I can grasp the application.

I’m running Version 1.4.004 on both my Production and Development sites. When I select Tracking System, and then Site Configuration, under the Categories tab I see ‘Autoassign to’. How do I modify this list? I want to be able to remove some users and add different users to the list. Under the Staff tab, there are some users listed, but not all the users listed under ‘Autoassign to’ are listed in the Staff tab. I’m not sure if the users listed under the Staff tab is how I add/delete users from ‘Autoassign to’. If so, how do I delete a user that’s listed under ‘Autoassign to’ but not listed under the Staff tab? I hope this makes sense.

I’ll probably have other questions as I delve deeper into EGW.

Hello All,
I was able to resolve my solution. Below are the steps I took. Hopefully this will help others.

Select TRACKING SYSTEM and then SITE CONFIGURATION.
From the TRACKER CONFIGURATION screen, select the STAFF tab.
Within the STAFF tab, you’ll see two columns: TECHNICIANS and TRACKER ADMINS. Each column will have users and/or groups listed.
If you want to add a user and/or group to either of the columns, select the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of the column. A pop-up window will open and you can select the user/group you want to add.
The user/group you select will be displayed under the SELECTION window on the right side.
Select SUBMIT, the pop-up will close, and you’ll be taken back to the TRACKER CONFIGURATION screen.
To add the user/group to the Autoassign list, highlight the user/group.
Select the APPLY button on the bottom of the screen, and the user/group should be listed in the Autoassign list.
As you go from screen to screen within EGroupware, or log out and log back in, the user/group should still be highlighted. (‘Should’ being the operative word, as you’ll see on the next step, removing user/group.)
To remove a user/group, from the STAFF tab, the user/group should be highlighted. Un-highlight the user/group you want to remove, select the APPLY button, and that user/group should not be listed in the Autoassign list.
