Good Morning All,
I’m new to EGW, so bear with me until I can grasp the application.
I’m running Version 1.4.004 on both my Production and Development sites. When I select Tracking System, and then Site Configuration, under the Categories tab I see ‘Autoassign to’. How do I modify this list? I want to be able to remove some users and add different users to the list. Under the Staff tab, there are some users listed, but not all the users listed under ‘Autoassign to’ are listed in the Staff tab. I’m not sure if the users listed under the Staff tab is how I add/delete users from ‘Autoassign to’. If so, how do I delete a user that’s listed under ‘Autoassign to’ but not listed under the Staff tab? I hope this makes sense.
I’ll probably have other questions as I delve deeper into EGW.
