Tracking - Assigmed and Group

In this days i’m working to implement the Tracking system and i’ve a problem: when i open a ticket and go in Detail tab, near the label “Assigned to” and “Group” don’t appear nothings. It’s normal ?

I’ve all rights set with username ad with administrator group, so i can change “Assigned to” ad “Group” with mouse right click on track item. I can view the assignment in column list but when i open the track item, it don’t show (like in picture) the assigned or group. It seam ther’isnt the “combo box” or “label” where to show the value (big yellow at the bottom “Assegnato a”).

About the ACL and Staff setup i’ve other difficulties but at the moment is not clear for me the assgiment problem.
In the next day i’ll open a new task.

Is the registered user also the assigned user?

This is a (old) EGw-version 14.x?

I’m in 17.1 release.
Yes. Is assigned a registered user, but in the details tab don’t change anythings: on the right of the label there is nothing.
I think is only a view problem. The tracking ticket can be assigned without problem in “trackin list” view (with mouse right click) and the list view show correct information, but only when i open the ticket, in the “Details” tab, don’t show anything. It seams the fields are missing … (?)

Change made but nothing change …

Meanwhile i’ve discovered other strange problem with ACL, Staff and Configuration.

i’ll open a new ticket to esplicate it, perhaps is the key to solve this one.

The problem has been solved with a new installation in a new virtual machine (same as the previous one).
Also the other problem reported in my new post
