Tracking System do not search emails automatically

Hello.
I am using the egroupware-docker-19.1.20191119 version, but in the Tracking System settings, if I enable the Test mailhandling once option, the system reads the mailbox normally, but if I disable this option, the system no longer reads the box This does not automatically open tickets. Already analyzed the logs and found no warning or error.
Could someone help me in this scenario ??

Hi Renato.

Have you set up mail handling for all queues or for a specific queue?
Please show screenshots of your settings.

The first thing that matters is what you do the settings for:

That looks like "all."
Can you please create the screenshots with english language? This is easier for me…

sorry for the late response. Too much to do…

I use one e-mail address for each queue and then retrieve these mails via the settings in the queue. This works for me.

How does it look? How do you know it works?

Ist that really the correct Mail-Adress of your mail recipient?:

Can your system resolve the DNS name correctly?

Did you integrate the mailbox into your EGroupware?
(Is the server allowed as a client on Google?)
