Hello
I figured out how to make tickets private by default, so that nobody but the user submitting the ticket and the staff (technicians, admins) can read it. Still the ticket titles appear in the “links” section in several places (be it calendar, address or infolog entries or other ticket submits) in the account of other users with access to the tracking system. They can even link one of their entries with a private ticket of another user - although they cannot read more than it’s title.
Did I oversee a function to stop that behaviour?
In our case, we want users to submit a ticket we can work on - without them seeing the title and number of tickets other users submitted. What would be the most efficient way to supress the appearance of private tickets in the search field of the links tab of other users? I would even not mind to skip the whole linking feature in order to have private tickets be really private with their titles and numbers.
Right now our egroupware test installation behaves like this:
-user a submits a private ticket relating a personal issue (let’s say for example a mobbing report or something relating to a feature/problem/product of his)
-user b adds a calendar entry and sees the titles (and number) of all private tickets of other users in the links section (searching for tracking system entries to link with)
Thanks for hints and ideas on this topic.
Alfonso
