With uptodate svn trunk, I can’t attach a file either from filemanager
nor by upload to a tracker ticket
in the error log I see:

I can not reproduce that problem.
When I use regular links-stream-wrapper for /apps, I can still attach
files to tickets, either with filemanager, tracker-edit or via drag-n-drop.
I changed code in that area just yesterday to create entry-directories
on the fly. Before you got an error when changing to filemanager from a
ticket with no attachments yet.
