Not sure what you talking about, 12.04 repo looks ok to me:

The specified for, shown below is acceptable for Ubuntu 10.04 LTS:
deb
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/eGroupWare/xUbuntu_10.04/
./
But under Ubuntu 12.04 LTS the above format seems to be unsupported (no
files are found).
Can anyone provide an explanation or fix?
