This has been a persistent issue for some time with Trunk. I believe it
started back in November 2011 possibly with Revision 36310 (reported in
Tracker ID 3073). I have seen this issue in both Custom Modules I developed
as well as when I was reviewing pERP.
As Nathan I’ve seen this a few times myself, but it was never persistent
after a new login. It means that (for whatever reason) the
contact-widget was not loaded and can therefore not be displayed.
