Nice
The colors you see, are from the categories of the contacts.
You can either modify the colors to more pleasing ones for the eye or
remove them. Of cause we could also use a preference to enable or
disable that.
Usage so far was, to give a few imported categories a color, eg. key
accounts or accounts where you dont want anyone to do business with.

Curious, I have another install that I updated in the same manner ages ago and
I didn’t get the funky colors.
Other than that, egw just keeps getting better all the time!
