I’ve cleared cache in browser and many times in admin menu from Egw.
I’ve tryed also in different browser and different client PC (we have 10 client that use Egw) and theresult is almost the same:
With Chrome I open the email (NOT all email !!!), I launch the print and in the preview everything appears except the body…
If I close the window with the “X”, the error message appears, if I close with “cancel” the error does not appear
The same with anonymous.
With Edge I open the email, I launch the print and in the preview everything appears.
If I close the window with the “X”, NO error message appears, But … Edge is very very slow
The Opera browser has the same behavior as Chrome.
“host / fqdn / ip name” have the same configuration since I installed Egw a few years ago
I do not think there are hiccups on the connections, everything else works correctly, Egw works on the intranet where the company management system that is very sensitive to network interruptions also works.
@ Elia: Please: would you tell me how to test the upgrade and post installation dependencies?
@StefanU: Today I try to download the log and read any errors. I report on the post what I find.
