Hello,

I am just trying to test the trunk on my 1.8 community release and while
upgrading I get the following error messages and the lists in my tracker
app are empty later on, can I fix this on my own?

As well the addressbook also only shows contacts, using ‘alle’ the list
ist empty.

Hello,

I am just trying to test the trunk on my 1.8 community release and while
upgrading I get the following error messages and the lists in my tracker
app are empty later on, can I fix this on my own?

As well the addressbook also only shows contacts, using ‘alle’ the list
ist empty.

Hi Klaus,

it is still there, and the tracker list is empty also. It contains no
queues, no categories, nothing.

The addressbook entries show up, when I select a categories, bit 'alle’
and the empty line is not working.

I don’t get any messages in the apache or php error log.

BTW I am using the idots template.

but the data in tracker are there?
(if you look into the database table)
I guess its something weird with the filters.
Did you try and play around with the filterss?
Try changing them, especally the queue selection.

Addressbook:
weird, I do not experience that.
Any java-Script error on changing filter to all?
If you inspect the select box
you should see options
like alle with no value
and then the list of your addressbook types
typically that should include:
n for contact
D for Deleted (appropriate rights and config values assumed)

Hi Klaus,

in the addressbook I had a category without a name, it was added by
synchronisation. When I added a name for the category all the entries
showed up.

For the tracker, it works as admin, and trying to configure the tracker
shows empty lists in the ‘Mitarbeiter’ tab. We are using ldap auth with
accounts stored in the database here.

Could you try and put some debug into tracker_ui -> get_rows
to have a look if its is the query or something else
