I know it is deprecated at present, but we are not ready to upgrade from 1.8 yet.
However, I have received notice from our ISP’s security group that the version of apache on our eGroupware server is vulnerable and they are pressing us to upgrade to 2.4.23 ASAP.
Is anyone aware of the risk of breaking an eGroupware installation if performing an apache upgrade? Also, will this force or trigger php or other upgrades?
I will perform a clonezilla system image , and a data/ & MySQL backup before hand, but really need this to go well, as our ISP could block access if they feel I am moving too slow on this.
