Urgent information needed

Dear,
I need to print cards of addressbook that are of my egroupware platform.
Would you be so kind to give me information about this application? I tried
to export the contacts as V Card, but I have not solved the problem, infact
I have obtained a white page on my egroupware platform.

Which version, which revision?
If you get white pages, this may mean you encountered an error in/with php.
Have a look in your webservers error log.
