Hi Hans-Jürgen,
it’s neither.
It is only used on egroupware.org to receive and later display
statistics data submitted from EGroupware users, see my post “EGroupware
usage statistics”.
I put it in svn, so everyone can have a look and know what’s happening
with the submitted data. Eg. we not even store the IP of the submitter.
There’s no need for anyone to install it.
