Vacation Notice Disabled Automatically

Hi,

I am running EGroupware 19.1.202000130, and my vacation notice is working fine only for 1-2 days, but the problem is the vacation notices disabled after 2 or 3 days automatically. I don’t know why it happened.

How do you know that the vacation notice is deactivated? Does it say “disabled” in the dialogue?

Please explain more, post screenshots, …

When vacation notice is enabled, there is written text that vacation notice is active.

After 2-3 days the written text removed automatically.

Hi Adnan.

EGroupware serves “only” as an editor for the sieve scripts on the mail server. This shows what is in the sieve scripts on the server.
If you can access the scripts, you should check them. If it supposedly works and if it just doesn’t seem to be displayed anymore.

Do you perhaps change the sieve-scripts on the mail server in another way?

Should the scripts still be there: are the file permissions correct?

Is this a mailbox that multiple users have access to?

Of course you can also turn vacation notice on and off automaticly by date. But this is another, longer story. One for our Support.

only setting up scripts via Egroupware.

Yes, the file permissions are correct.

Is this a mailbox that multiple users have access to?

no multiple users, just forwarding emails to several users.

Of course you can also turn vacation notice on and off automaticly by date.

That would be so kind, if you please explian a little bit how can I set up Vacation notice on and off by date??
