VFS folder sent as link shows no files within

Hi All,
apon testing sending an email with a link to the folder ,
any files inside the group folder are not shown when the user email clicks the directory link.

any way around this, nicer to send folder rather than all the files inside separately.

It is working in general.

Is your installation on the latest 19.1 maintenance release?

Do you have an active User “anonymous”? It is required!

yes latest release 19.1 also have user anonymous, but nothing appears.
the link is visible in the email but clicking on it goes to a page with header and footer (blue bar, but not files or other information)
is there some group policy or user policy that need some access granted?
