Other wikis turn image urls into links when enclosed in square brackets just
fine, and even the latest version of WikkiTikkiTavi does. I’m puzzled as to
why egroupware’s port of Tavi does not process it correctly.
The eGW wiki is an quite old version of WikkiTikkiTavi.
Either it was not implemented at that time, of by implementing the vfs:/
pseudo protocol, the mechanism with the square brackets stopped working.
Also, is it possible to use a vfs file in an embedded html image tag, so
that I can create thumbnails that link to the larger images and therefore
have an embedded gallery in the wiki?
Direkt image tags are only possible in html mode, the wiki syntax
automatic converts the links to images into image tags, so you have no
link. Download links to the vfs are kind of complicated to create in
1.4, as path and name of the image/file are base64 encoded (That changed
in 1.6).
Apart from these two issues, I’ve been able to convert an entire MediaWiki
wiki to Egroupware’s Tavi wiki. I’d appreciate any help, as I’m almost done.
I dont have time to look for image url’s in square brackets currently.
Either you have a look for yourself in wiki/parser/html.php (if I recall
it right), or you ask the professional support to fix it for you.
