Videoconference link expiration time

What is the expiration time for the videoconference links? How long it can be used?

If you plan a meeting in calendar with a start- and end-time, the link will be valid 1 hour before and with expire one hour after. Thought once you joined a Jitsi call, it wont stop, just because the token expired.

We make some tests, and its not work. When someone click to the series event videoconference link, after that the link is gone from bubble window.

What have to do with this? Maybe bug?

You need to be more specific what exactly did not work:

where did you got the not working link from: meeting request mail, alarm mail, via context menu on the event, …
are you talking about the first recurrence, or a later one and if a later one, where do you got the link from
when did you tried it and what error message did you get
what is that “bubble window”

Steps to reproduce:

Create series(recurrence) event in egroupware calendar with videoconference option on (no end date set)
When event time is reached, i can click to videoconference link in context menu on the first event
After a few minutes (~30min) the link from context menu disappear from all event in the series (and the videoconference checkbox is empty)

The test event that i created: alll weekdays at 10:00 eg.

For me the videoconference option is still available on my daily recurring event, i will have a look tomorrow again. But for now it looks ok to me.

Maybe have to click the conference once. And for me ive add some participants to the event and clicked from this accounts too.

Hi,

After some tests:
If you click the videoconference link an event in the “future” of the recurrence, after that (~1 hour later or min one day)the link is disappear.

After installed latest egroupware release(19.1.20200605), it seems to be solved this issue. Thanks for hard work!
