I have a question for 14.x users out there (if any read this list) - Are you experiencing problems with WEBDAV access in windows 7, 8 or higher? This is likely to determine whether we upgrade to 14.x or move to a different groupware suite.
One of the reasons we implemented EGW was for folder/file repository that is accessible to Mac, Windows, Linux and mobile users. Since XP, windows versions have become more and more of a problem with accessing the webdav shares, and the recommended Netdrive client has not resolved these issues. I have been receiving complaints about extremely slow file access, and permissions errors when users try to re-name or move files.
The native DAV implementation in Mac and Linux does not experience these issues, using the same credentials
