Please help me,
After install egroupware 14.1,add my email account,it’s ok until I click email inbox.

Ajax request failed:Internal Server Error(500)
Server error log should contain more information about the problem.
Trying it again will usually not help!

Any Suggestion?

Which IMAP server do you use?
And does your account have permissions to create folders?
Try this by creating folders using a different IMAP client.

Try this by creating folders using a different IMAP client.
As it is while trying to create Sent folder, it could also be a wrong /
invalid name for the Sent folder.

On the new clean install does not work emails.
I tested Debian 7, Ubuntu 14.04, CentOS 7. I tested my email and gmail. I tested the newly created external email. I tested version 14.1 and 14.2

Hello. I am having the same problem with the Ajax Request Failed. I have egw-pear installed. I tried Debian 7 with PHP5.4, Ubuntu 14.04 with php5.5. I tried configuring different email account. Always the same error.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I checked the installation and the status of each application. In that process I had to remove 3 unsupported application incluiding Felamimail.

I just completed the upgrade to egroupware-epl (14.1.20150113-1) and it is working perfectly. Thank you to the developers
