when installing egroupware i get ‘Not ready for this stage yet’ (ADMIN ACCOUNT)

If you look at the screenshot you provided, the solution is kind of obvious:
Try configuring your egroupware.

I did setup the admin account.
I recheck this in the inc.header.php

As far as I see you did not edit the configuration, or you made a mistake
