Which eGroupware version are your using?
I think 1.6.002 is able to csv export the custom fields. Not completely
sure if it's in 1.6 branch.
Same it true for the format of date or datetime fields. They should
default to a Y-m-d or Y-m-d H:i:s format, but that was'nt there from the
beginning.
Anyway all data is stored in egw_pm_extra table.
