Hi Ralf,

But, when i upload a file called image.jpg my error_log throws some errors

www.site.de is a vhost. the document root ist /home/www/site.
I set the image upload path in the wiki administration to /groupware/images.
/home/www/site/groupware/images exists and is writeable.
Now i´ve searched for the UserFilesPath variable and found the definition in
/home/www/site/groupware/phpgwapi/js/fckeditor/editor/filemanager/upload/php/config.php.
When i set this var like this:
// Path to uploaded files relative to the document root.
$Config[‘UserFilesPath’] = ‘/groupware/images’ ;
The fileupload works and the images appear in the wiki pages. But, when i
select “Browse Server” for already uploaded pictures, the upcoming site
comes without any content:

Is the needed setting of the UserFilesPath a bug? I cant imagine that you
have to configure something in the source
And my last comment:
In the last wiki version it was possible to upload documents and after that,
i could make just a link to the file, so it will not be displayed as image.
This new version seems to have nothing similar.
Is there a reason for this? We hold many documents in our wiki and liked the
"old-way" of doing links to uploaded files very much.
Greetings,
Patrick

Hi Patrick,
yes FCK has it’s own upload. You need to configure it again in Wiki >>
Site config AND you have to switch FCK at least to “regular” features in
the Wiki prefs.

Dear eGW Users,
since the update to eGW version 1.4, i miss a link/icon/button to the
upload
functionality in the wiki module, which existed in version 1.2. Is there
a
"new way" to do the uploads or is this just a bug?
Greetings
