When sharing Calendar or contacts, I don’t want to give my email password to my collegues but I want something easy to support.
I would like to now your advice in managing email accounts, egw accounts and email profiles
What do you prefer:
- Get a different password between mail and egw account?
- get the same password?
Do you create a global mail account using user@domain with Virtual Mail Manager?
or do you create an email profile for each egw user?
