I integrate egroupware and Naumen Call Center. I use apps - Tickets, Knolage Base, Addressbook, Users&groups and my module with custom parameters of organization. Module have full style egroupware (fork from resources). In fufture - waiting statistic and billing module for Naumen Call Center.
