How do i enable user registration?

I am using latest stable release on centos 7 -(16.1.20170922)

I am not able to find - enable site registration option anywhere.

I do not see Registration application option in any dropdown. It appears in the list of available installed applications & application to allow for mobile, nowhere else.

I went thru Can't user self registration
but registration application is not under Admin-Applications list

How can i enable ?

Resolved.

I missed to edit group and allow registration application there.

(looks like some issues in class.registration_ui.inc,
$fields = explode(’,’,$config[‘show’]); looks like the root cause.
