Hello together.
At the Kieler Open Source und Linux Tage 2020 I have a lecture about
Jitsi and Apache Guacamole in EGroupware
held.
The lecture is in German language!
The automatic YouTube translations are not really good, but sufficient.
I have translated the slides into English (see below).
Besides general things about EGroupware I report about the (technical aspects of) Integration of web applications into EGroupware.
In the following I introduce Jitsi and show how we make the application of this videoconferencing software suitable for business.
Most of the time the presentation of Apache Guacamole as simple, cost effective and secure remote desktop solution takes up most of the time. The integration into EGroupware is shown in detail.
The Jitsi and Guacamole integration and application will be shown live again in the following.

In the lecture I unfortunately could not switch to screen sharing. On my used notebook the desktop froze. I post-produced the live part and this for much longer than it would have been possible in the lecture.
