I have a old version of egroupware on my company, and i need migrate to a new version, i have to know if you have a similar solution for this module.
This APP It is a correspondence and protocol manager, and it was made for
medium-sized organizations that need an easy way to keep track of postal
mail, fax and e-mail that comes in or goes out the organization.
I only found a old changelog for this APP on this link.

Without knowing exactly what functions this module offers in detail, it is difficult to say.
It would also be important to know which functions you actually need. Can you describe this in detail?

I recommend you to have a look at a current EGroupware. EGroupware is designed to collect any information. The central tool for this is the InfoLog module:
