Hi All,
I am trying to drag email and infolog records into a project. EGW don’t gives error but in fact does not allow the link. Am I wrong or does EGW allow this operation ? It would be very useful to be able to drag and drop incoming emails directly into a project. Currently it seems to me that it is only possible to link via drag and drop an email to a record in infolog. Correct ? Thanks in advance Gabriele

Hi Gabriele.

This is not directly possible.

For received mails, you can drag the InfoLog icon into the bar, click on it and enter the project directly => save.

For sent mails, you can also drag the InfoLog into the bar and ‘switch it on’ before sending. Then the InfoLog window opens directly after sending (…).

This way you can operate any project and do not have to have the project open.

Hi Stefan,
thank you. I knew about this possibility but i was hoping to be able to select several emails (and generally several items) and link them to an infolog entry (or in general another entry supporting link) via drag & drop.
