Mobile issue - Top menu disappear

Hi there,
I am not sure if this just issue with our phones.
We use Iphone XR and Iphone 12.
We have not checked on Android phones or other mobile device.
But when you use mobile version top menu disappear.
You can view but when you try to replay or write new email, calendar appointment top menu disappear.
You can not send email or save appointment.
Please see attached images.
