We have AD managed users in Egroupware and the calendar sometimes not show users correctly. I’ve attached a screenshot about that.

And this list of accounts in admin shows users with these IDs?
What do you mean with sometimes?

The problem is not apprea in admin view user list. Only when basic user wants to browse in other user calendar.
Sometimes:
Sometimes needs to add more users to the filter for reproduce the issue.
That was not the question, does the problematic user and it’s numerical ID are shown in admin user list?
The user are shown properly in admin view. (there are no ID in that view, it shown as username, name, email, group, expire and last change date)
You need to enable it in the column selection.
What type of AD integration do you use: a) authentication only (accounts are stored in SQL DB, maybe created automatic) b) authentication AND accounts are read incl. memberships from AD c) new periodic import of accounts from AD
