To work with the tracker there was a need to show the progress of the track or tracks, as a table with the choice of performers, queues, themes, etc.
I will make a separate object for viewing this information and add it to the module of the tracker.
EPL has some reporting for the tracker:
Ralf, this is custom resolve. Several other reports are required for performance verification. The report should contain the stages of executing the track in a time section with many confirming factors, which are determined by the set of fields that are set in the user fields. Some of these fields are references to other system objects (addressbook and then).
