Hi !

Sometimes when you add a resource to an event (for example a room) the status is “Accepted”, but sometimes “No response”.

Can anyone explain why this happens?

This is an permission and/or organisational issue.

You can have the authorisation to book resources directly or not. If you do not have the authorisation, someone else must confirm the booking.

Example: pool car:
You book a car and someone else coordinates and releases it if necessary.

Have a look at the authorisations and compare them in your system:
